Samanco Ice Cream Fish

I know, I know. You must be wondering why my ice cream sandwich is shaped like a fish. Looks cute and pretty when I serve it on a plate like this. Don't belittle this fishy because it's huge. There was no way I could finish it by myself so I had to split it with someone. The outer layer is like those kiddy cones, styrofoamy and tasteless, but the inside consists of a layer of sweet red bean and vanilla ice cream. Red bean in my opinion is the best "bean dessert". It goes well with ice cream, shave ice, milk shake, etc... The vanilla ice cream inside was a bit too sweet for my liking, but all in all, it was good.
